We deliver premium beauty products to every corner of Bangladesh — fast, carefully, and affordably.

At GlowNest, we know you can't wait to get your hands on your new products. We work with trusted courier partners to ensure your order arrives safely and on time.
1. Delivery Coverage
We deliver to all 64 districts across Bangladesh — including Dhaka, Chittagong, Sylhet, Rajshahi, Khulna, Barisal, Rangpur, and Mymensingh divisions. No matter where you are in Bangladesh, we'll get your order to you.
2. Estimated Delivery Times & Charges
Delivery charges are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address. Charges are subject to change during peak seasons or for remote areas.
3. Cash on Delivery
All orders are available with Cash on Delivery (COD). You pay when your order arrives at your doorstep — no advance payment required. This means you shop with zero financial risk.
4. Order Processing
Orders are processed Monday to Saturday. Orders placed before 6:00 PM on a working day are typically dispatched the same day or the next morning. Orders placed on Fridays or public holidays will be dispatched the next working day.
5. Order Tracking
Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a confirmation via WhatsApp or phone call with your tracking information. You can also contact us at any time to check your order status:

6. Delivery Delays
While we strive to meet all estimated delivery times, delays can occasionally occur due to courier disruptions, weather conditions, or public holidays. If your order is significantly delayed, please contact our support team and we will investigate immediately.
7. Failed Delivery
If a delivery attempt fails due to an incorrect address or unavailability, the courier will attempt redelivery or contact you. If the order is returned to us, we will reach out to arrange redelivery. Additional shipping charges may apply for re-dispatch.
8. Packaging
All products are securely packaged to prevent damage during transit. Fragile items (glass bottles, serums, etc.) are given extra protective packaging. If you receive a damaged package, please photograph it immediately and contact us within 24 hours.
