GlowNest offers Cash on Delivery as a payment option for customer convenience. By selecting COD, you commit to being present at the delivery address and paying the full order amount to the courier upon receipt.

• The customer is responsible for all return shipping and re-delivery costs incurred from unjustified COD refusals.
• Customers who repeatedly refuse COD deliveries without legitimate cause may have their COD privilege suspended or permanently revoked.
• GlowNest reserves the right to require advance payment for customers with a history of COD order abuse.
• COD orders may be subject to verification calls or WhatsApp confirmation before dispatch. Failure to confirm within a reasonable time may result in order cancellation.

GlowNest takes order integrity seriously. Any attempt to place fake, fraudulent, or malicious orders is a violation of these Terms and may be subject to legal action.

• Providing false personal details, addresses, or contact information.
• Placing multiple orders with the intention of refusing all deliveries.
• Impersonating another individual when placing orders.
• Placing orders with known stolen or unauthorised payment credentials.
• Any coordinated effort to exploit promotions, discount systems, or referral programmes.

GlowNest reserves the right to flag, hold, or permanently cancel orders from individuals or addresses associated with fraudulent activity. Confirmed fraud may be reported to relevant authorities under Bangladeshi law.

GlowNest delivers nationwide across Bangladesh through third-party courier partners. Estimated delivery timeframes are provided as a guideline only and are not contractually guaranteed.

• Standard delivery: Typically 2–5 working days within Dhaka; 3–7 working days outside Dhaka, depending on the destination.
• The customer is solely responsible for providing a correct and complete shipping address. GlowNest is not liable for non-delivery resulting from incorrect or incomplete address information.
• GlowNest shall not be held responsible for delays caused by courier service disruptions, traffic conditions, natural disasters, political events, strikes, national holidays, or any other circumstances beyond our control.
• If a parcel is lost in transit, GlowNest will investigate with the courier partner and offer a replacement or refund at our discretion following the outcome of that investigation.
• Delivery charges, if applicable, are non-refundable unless the delivery failure is directly attributable to GlowNest.

GlowNest is committed to delivering quality products. If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photographic or video evidence. Claims submitted after this window may not be accepted.

• Products that have been opened, used, partially consumed, or tampered with are not eligible for return or exchange, unless they are genuinely defective or incorrectly supplied.
• Returns based on personal preference, change of mind, or skin reactions (which vary by individual) are not accepted, as these outcomes cannot be attributed to a product defect.
