Refund & Return Policy

At GlowNest, customer satisfaction is at the heart of everything we do. We stand behind the quality and authenticity of every product we sell. If you're not completely satisfied, please review the policy below.

1. Return Eligibility

You may request a return or replacement within 3 days of receiving your order, provided the following conditions are met:

  • The product is unused, unopened, and in its original packaging
  • The product was received damaged, defective, or incorrect
  • The product is not a hygiene-restricted item (see Section 4)
  • You have proof of purchase (order ID or delivery confirmation)

2. How to Request a Return

To initiate a return, contact our support team within 3 days of delivery:

  • Please include your order ID and a clear photo of the issue

Our team will review your request and respond within 24 hours with next steps. Approved returns will be collected via our delivery partner.

3. Refund Process

Once the returned item is received and inspected, we will process your refund within 3–5 business days. Since we operate Cash on Delivery, refunds are issued via:

  • bKash / Nagad / Rocket — your preferred mobile banking method
  • Cash refund for in-person resolutions
  • Store credit (optional, at customer's discretion)

4. Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned once opened:

  • Opened skincare serums, moisturisers, or creams
  • Opened lip products, foundations, or colour cosmetics
  • Hair care products that have been opened
  • Items purchased on final sale or at discount
  • Gift cards or promotional vouchers

5. Damaged or Wrong Items

If you received a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, we will replace it at no cost to you — including return delivery. Please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with a photo so we can resolve this immediately.

6. Order Cancellations

Orders can be cancelled free of charge before dispatch. Once an order has been dispatched, cancellation is not possible, but you may request a return after delivery following the process above.
